What to expect: meet the Easter Bunny, visit local businesses for free candy + treats, colouring contests, games and more! 

Registration is required in order for us to best plan for the event.

Between the hours of 10am-12pm hop into spring with our thrilling Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt!  Discover the hidden treats at our downtown shops marked with festive balloons.  Unleash your creativity in our exciting colouring contest, and stroll through the enchanting story walk (at the Thorold Public Library)!

Looking for more fun?  Stop by the Thorold Centre 50+ (Senior Centre) at 8 Carleton St South from 10am-12pm to see the Easter Bunny, games & more.  Returning this year, Kids Who Can, who will have fun games to play, such as decoding some knock, knock jokes.

Don’t miss the chance to interact with the Thorold Fire Department and Niagara Regional Police at our mini ‘touch a truck’ event at the Thorold Community Credit Union parking lot at 63 Front Street South.

Parking:

Parking is available at the Thorold Public Library, Thorold Centre 50+, street parking (where available) and municipal lots.  Please make sure to follow signage in terms of parking limits and only park in marked parking spots.

Colouring Contest Details:

Download the colouring sheets below by clicking the age category for your child.

One entry per child.  One winner will be chosen from each age category.  Colouring contest sheets must be turned into the Thorold Public Library at the event, by 12pm on April 19th.  Winners will be contacted by phone or email.

Age categories are:

1.      Under 6 years old

2.      7-10 years old

3.      11-13 years old
