The Thorold BIA Board of Directors is made up of elected (volunteer) local business owners + two of the area City Councillors for the City of Thorold. Their role is to manage the Thorold BIA (Business Improvement Area).

The Board of Directors, and the Committees they form, work to provide a supportive environment and positive atmosphere in Thorold for business owners, residents and visitors, making the community an ideal place for shopping, dining, and entertainment, as well as financial personal + professional services.

Our key function is to promote economic development in our area though:

1) Beautification

2) Marketing & Promotions

3) Holding Special Events

4) Communicating with our members

5) Liasing with other key stakeholders in the city, region + province.
